Laser surface texturing is a material processing method to create patterned microstructures on the work piece in contact.

Unlike alternative surface texturing processes like Ultrasonic machining, chemical etching, abrasive blasting, the lasers offer most precision and control for tactile impressions and texturing on the components, without any significant wastage, as it does not use any chemicals. The turnaround time is much lesser and the repeatability is precise as the textures are created directly from the digital files. The work pieces can be custom engineered.

Design Freedom : Fully digital "Idea-to-Finish" starts with grayscale/ bitmap or even using photo taken using
by a mobile or a 3D camera. Textures can also be created using Photoshop or any other similar graphic programs.
The machine can replicate your idea into 3D textures in variable depths. Even geometrical illusionary designs can
be easily produced with highest accuracy.

Smart Texture transfer : The chosen texture is easily applied to the mold or any other part with curved or freeform surfaces. This makes your design remain true to its shape even on curved or freeform surfaces.

Dynamic Focus Shifting Technology : The machine focus changes along with curve or contour of the substrate.
