Sub surface Laser engraving is a non-conventional, non-contact type of machining process whereby an image is engraved by removing a portion of the material to be engraved layer by layer, to leave a precise deep mark on the surface which is in the range of a few microns. The laser produces intense heat during the engraving process, which essentially causes the material to vaporize during each pulse. Several beams of laser may be required to get the desired depth of engraving. Engraving by lasers is possible by using different input parameters like spot diameters, laser power, laser frequency, different wave lengths and changes in output parameters like the rate at which the material is removed, the surface finish and indentation. Lasers have the ability to cut, engrave and drill through various materials, creating trophies, dies, molds, nameplates and other R&D products.
Markolaser manufactures of laser engraving machines. Besides this, it is also of distributor and dealer of these machines. Therefore the company maintains very high standards during the manufacturing of the equipment and is open to any customizations that one may require. The engraving machines at Markolaser are designed, developed and assembled at its own facility with the co-operation of European , Japanese and American suppliers. The company sourcesfrom these countries various components used in its laser engraving machines Read More
